How it works:
BillingTracker includes several easy to use tools to help you manage your professional business and invoicing better. The built-in timer, for example, can rapidly switch between clients and projects. This lets you accurately record the small amounts of time that most of us end up working during the day – working on one project when another client calls for a few minutes, then an associate walks into your office to discuss a different matter, then a meeting, etc.

The reports function lets you create a variety of reports that will let you take the pulse of your business, and show your clients what you have been doing. For example, BillingTracker Pro invoicing software will let you print a report of hours worked on a particular project between two dates, see how much money your clients owe you and what you owe your suppliers, and get an overall view of your cash flows. The list of hours you've worked can be included on the invoice, or placed on a separate report.

BillingTracker also lets you export your data in many different ways. Not only can you export reports, but also pretty much any information that you see on any screen can be exported to standard file formats.

BillingTracker creates professional invoices automatically, based on the projects and hours that you have entered. Choose from different formats, what information you want to include, and then either print the invoices or save them to a file that you can email.

Once the invoice has been sent, BillingTracker starts counting the days until you get paid. It will alert if you the client does not pay on time, and keep an updated chart of who owes you what.

settler of catan : most successful games of all time!

One of the most successful games of all time, Settlers of Catan is a trading and building game set in the mythical world of Catan. Settlers of Catan is an absolutely fantastic family strategy game. I won't belabor my discussion of the game, except to say that my wife (only a 'casual boardgamer', not as hardcore like me) and two boys (ages 8 and 10) have been playing it for over a year, many dozens of times, with continued enjoyment. I have successfully hooked other gamers in my family (brother in law, father) on it as well, so that it shares equal time with Monopoly in our family game marathons over the holidays.

The big point to take away about this new edition of the game is that, without changing any rules, the edition includes some very handy extra pieces, esp. an interlocking set of holders to fit the tiles into, which helps prevent incidental dislocations of the pieces on the board (so common with the older edition). For those of you who have the Seafarers of Catan extension, the holding tiles are much those included in that extension (except shaped to fit the Settlers hex board).

LEGO Star Wars Imperial Dropship. I would have to say that this product was one of the easy lego creations that I have put together. Not to mention that Lego spared no expense on making the mini-figures real life like and almost exact duplicates of the movie figures. Of course I would not recommend this toy to 3 years and younger. Older kids might like it and collectors I think would enjoy it as well.

Blokus encourages creative thinking and has received a Mensa award for promoting healthy brain activity. The goal of this game is for players to fit all of their pieces onto the board. When placing a piece it may not lie adjacent to the player's other pieces, but must be placed touching at least one corner of their pieces already on the board. The player who gets rid of all of their tiles first is the winner and strategic thinking helps as you block moves from your opponent. Blokus sometimes comes to an end because there are no more possible moves.

Four players make this abstract game especially fast and exciting; however, it can be just as fun for two or three players. Blokus has come up with a number of different ways to play the game to make it more thrilling when playing with less than four players. Draft Blokus allows a player to use more than one color and Reverse Blokus reverses the entire game so that the person who places the least amount of tiles on the board is the winner. It can even be played in a solitaire version when one player attempts to place all of their pieces in a single sitting. A game of Blokus typically lasts a 30 minutes. As a practical feature, raised edges on the board help keep the tiles in place and allow convenient clean-up. This game includes 84 pieces in four vibrant colors, an instruction guide, and one gameboard with 400 squares.

Blokus is simple to understand, but the game's complexity is revealed shortly after everyone begins to play. It can be addictive, even for those not normally into abstract games. Bananagrams Game : more portable and much cheaper scrabble game

Do you like Scrabble but get hung up trying to use those special point squares, are bummed when someone "steals your spot", or dragged down by Debbie Dictionary ("just let me look up this one word") or Slow Joe (who takes 20 minutes for each turn)? Well you would love Bananagrams, because it solves those problems. There are no special squares (or squares at all), no points on the letters (all are worth the same) and no time to dawdle. You are instead rewarded for speed and flexibility in making your own crossword. You can completely pull apart your crossword and start from scratch if you need to or just swap out a letter here and there, but don't get caught with a bunch of spare letters when an opponent goes out!

It is exciting and challenging to play this game with adults, but it can be fun to include the kids. You can easily adapt the rules to suit yourself. We "handicap" the adults by drawing two tiles for every one the kids draw. You can play solitaire or have several players.

A similar game that I also love is Learning Resources' "Take Four". If you are the type who would prefer to have a grid to keep those tiles straight, or likes to have a few "jokers" thrown in, you might prefer this. But Banagrams is far more portable and much cheaper. I like both of these games so much (as well as the spelling card games Quiddler, My Word, and Tri-Virsity) that the old Scrabble board is gathering dust. More information and get it.
